THE GERMAN LAW CENTER AT YURIY FEDKOVYCH CHERNIVTSI NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

The German Law Center was established on October 7, 2017 at the Faculty of Law of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. The Director of the German Law Center Serhii Nezhurbida, LL.D., underlined that the objective of the center is to create regular academic relations and to promote the realization of joint educational and scientific projects in the law sphere between Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University and educational institutions, research centers in Germany, as well as to create possibilities for introduction of courses related to the law system of Germany at the Faculty of Law.

The Rector of the University prof. Stepan Melnychuk, the Dean of the Faculty of Law prof. Petro Patsurkivskyi and the former judge of the Administrative Court of Berlin-Brandenburg Metropolitan Mr. Wolfgang Bork delivered their welcome speeches.
